RISE is an update following Glory. This update introduces existing system revamps, boss revamps, two new areas in the Arcane River region, and the new class Adele.

1st: Reverse City

Arcane River New Region : Reverse City, expansion area for Vanishing Journey
EXP reduced from Level 170-200 by 19%.
Guild System Revamps.
Maple Guide Revamps.
Vanishing Journey & Chu Chu Island Maps Improve.

2nd: Adele

New Class: Adele, a Warrior of the Flora branch
New Grandis area: Ristonia

3rd: Yum Yum Island

Arcane River New Region: Yum Yum Island, expansion area for Chu Chu Island
Easy Mode Lucid added, HP reduction for Hard Lucid
Gloom and Darknell heavily revamped, Added Chaos mode for Gloom and Hard mode for Darknell, along with new items for the Pitched Boss set
Genesis Weapon questline adjustments.
Elite Monsters and Runes adjustments.
New Pollo and Fritto portals.

In KMS, the director of that time is Wonki Kang (강원기, Gang(Kang) Won-gi) (2015 ~).
The 1st RISE Update patch in MapleSEA and GlobalMS swapped the order of the release of content, where the Adele class would be released before Reverse City (with MapleSEA releasing Adele on the first day of the update, whereas GlobalMS released Adele 2 weeks into the update). The Boss Revamps from the RISE 3rd Update are also present as part of the 1st Update in MapleSEA and GlobalMS.
- MapleSEA also received an RISE Exclusive Coin Shop prior to the Yum Yum Island update.
ChinaMS and TaiwanMS will receive Newtro World (Pixel Party) Anniversary Events and Dragon Boat Festival Events together with Adele class release, without the RISE Salon event on the first update.
JapanMS will receive Mark of Honor III as part of the 3rd Update, with a focus on Princess Sakuno.
