Clocktower Bottom Floor

The Clocktower Bottom Floor is a dungeon below Ludibrium and the Toy Factory. It is the place where the pendulum is kept, and protected by Grandpa Clock. However, the pendulum is stopped and the flow of time is being disrupted by Papulatus.
