Chase is a Magician of the Beast Tamer class, and is by several animal creatures. She longed of being a heroine, and that dream came true upon meeting and befriending the Critter Champs: Arby the cat, Lai the snow leopard, Fort the bear, and Eka the hawk.

Storyline

Living in the region of Arboren of Dawnveil, Chase always dreamed of being a heroine ever since being inspired by the six legendary Heroes. However, Chase's reputation wasn't rather big, as she was very tomboyish, her dream was insulted and she occasionally pulled pranks on the citizens.

That old life was about to change when she met Arby the cat. Shortly after, the town was under attack by Kobolds, but Chase fended them off with the aid of the other Critter Champs. Now seen as a hero, Chase travels with her furry and feathered companions and together they strive to help all the residents of Maple World!

Skills

Chase uses skills in conjunction with four animals - a bear, leopard, hawk and cat, all of which are cycled through Critter Select. The bear uses mainly strong melee skills, the leopard uses fast attacks over wide areas, the hawk uses aerial skills and provides many enhancements to speed, and the cat uses a variety of buffs.

Similar to Zero, Chase lacks any job advancement and only unlocks skills by not only leveling up, but also distributing points throughout the four animal skill trees. Unlike Zero, all the skill trees do not gain their own separate SP; only 3 SP is given per level up and must be distributed across all the trees.
